We will explore a structured approach to help your clients move with more efficiency and power. Walk away with sport-specific programming you can implement immediately in private sessions or group formats.
This workshop will introduce the Pilates JumpBoard, go over set up, safety and maintenance and will include class flow ideas and choreography to teach a multi-level group class using the JumpBoard!
