Starbucks Grande Non-Fat Latte is my go-to!! Also, love a good oat milk anything!

What to expect in my class:

Movement heals! Pilates is for every body! I like to work hard and have fun. I’ll bring a Pilates challenging class where we seriously work your muscles, a focus on core, while also finding that mind, body, and soul connection. I want you to leave feeling amazing and celebrating what your body can do!

How I take my coffee:

Best when had with good company and conversation! The order entirely depends on if I make it, or where I order it from. But when I’m being fancy I get a spice chai (latte) - hot or iced :)

Did you know? 

My close friends call me Red, I’m an INFJ, and I have A LOT of hobbies; for athletics I’m really into skiing, snowboarding, and hiking (I will get that 4000 footer patch - if you know, you know). I’m a multi-medium Artist and a Reiki Practitioner - among others things! 

Jillian Walsh

What to expect in my class:

In my classes you can expect to hear me talk about wrapping the abs and glutes as these support good posture. You can also count on back work because I want you to leave class feeling long, lean and lifted!

Did you know?

In addition to being a pelvic floor and functional core rehabilitation specialist, I also coach girls lacrosse. I played when I was younger and coaching my daughters team brings back such fond childhood memories.

I enjoy going to the beach year round (yes, even in the winter). I love spending my free time with my rescue dog, Daisy! And I play in a recreational volleyball league.

Strengthening and lengthening the body from head to toe. I love working the core and posture muscles to have you feeling lifted, challenged, and accomplished leaving class.
