Movement heals! Pilates is for every body! I like to work hard and have fun. I’ll bring a Pilates challenging class where we seriously work your muscles, a focus on core, while also finding that mind, body, and soul connection. I want you to leave feeling amazing and celebrating what your body can do!

Best when had with good company and conversation! The order entirely depends on if I make it, or where I order it from. But when I’m being fancy I get a spice chai (latte) - hot or iced :)

I am a complete music junkie. I am also a Certified Spin Instructor, where I basically get to fulfill my passion for DJing on the bike. I have an extremely eclectic music taste from Diplo to The Rolling Stones. I hope you find your next favorite song in my playlists in class!
