There are only 450 Balanced Body Master Educators worldwide and Mora Babineau is one of them! After being accepted through the application process, there are two separate, one-week intense training programs at Balanced Body headquarters in California. After passing the in-person training program, the master educator is able to hold Pilates training courses for people to become certified.
The National Pilates Certification Program is the only NCCA Accredited Program for Pilates Professionals - this requires a comprehensive Pilates certification (over 600 hours) and for the professional to sit for a national exam.
This curriculum is the gold standard in Pilates education, including over 600+ hours of observation, self-practice, teaching and anatomy. The comprehensive certification includes the Pilates mat, reformer, ladder barrel, chair, trapeze table, arcs and barrels. Comprehensive instructors have the full Pilates methodology at their fingertips for working with all types of clients, injuries and special populations.
Over 300+ hours of observation, self-practice, teaching and anatomy; this certification includes the Pilates mat and reformer. Understanding and knowing immense amounts of the Pilates repertoire enables these certified instructors to work with clients of all fitness abilities.
